🔁 Returns

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and product photos.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used products

  • Contact lenses that have been opened

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Orders with incorrect prescription details provided by the customer

💰 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method, depending on the payment type.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer:

  • Product replacement

  • Exchange for the correct item

📦 Return Shipping

In case of damaged or incorrect items, Sash Optics may cover the return shipping cost.
